Menachinox® OSTEO 1 a Day is a comprehensive formula containing a unique combination of ingredients to maintain healthy bones.

Calcium and Vitamin D3 help to maintain healthy bones and contribute to reducing bone mineral loss during the menopausal period. Low bone mineral density is a risk factor for osteoporotic bone fractures*. Vitamin D3 supports the correct absorption of calcium, and together with Vitamin K2 MK-7 helps to maintain healthy bones. Vitamin K2 MK-7 influences the incorporation of calcium into bone tissue structures.

*Certificate aimed specifically at women aged 50 and over. Beneficial effects occur with a daily intake of at least 1200 mg of calcium and 20 µg of vitamin D from all sources. There are many risk factors for osteoporotic bone fractures. Changing one of these risk factors may or may not have a beneficial effect.

The product is particularly recommended for women aged 40 years and older to supplement their diet with calcium, vitamin K2 and D3.

How to use: The recommended daily intake is 1 tablet. The tablet should be sucked slowly or swallowed with a meal, with water.
